Welcome California Computer Company! We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with quality products and excellent service. Below you will find our Returns Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased on our website.

Standard Return Period

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of your invoice to request a return for any product purchased from CCCUS.com. Some products may require advance approval from the manufacturer ("OEM") for returns, and you will need to contact the OEM directly to obtain their consent.

Obtaining an RMA Number

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization number ("RMA Number") from us during the Standard Return Period. To request an RMA Number, please provide us with your invoice number, product serial number, reason for return, and information regarding whether the product packaging has been opened.

RMA Number Requirement

All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA Number. Products returned without an RMA Number will not be accepted.

Return Timeline

To be eligible for a return, your product must be received at CCCUS.com's Returns Processing Center within ten (10) days from the issuance of the RMA Number. Products received after this period will not be accepted, and no credit or refund will be issued.

Shipping and Packaging

All products returned to CCCUS.com must have the RMA Number clearly indicated on the shipping label provided by us. Please refrain from marking or defacing the exterior of the product packaging.
To be eligible for return, products must be returned in their original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, and components. Failure to include all original components may result in a restocking fee or the product being returned to you at your expense with no credit or refund issued.

Shipping Method

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS, when returning products to us. This helps ensure that your return reaches us safely and allows for easy tracking.

Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

For products covered by an OEM warranty, you may need to contact the OEM directly for repair or replacement and obtain a case number for warranty claims or returns. Replacement products will typically be shipped once the original product has been returned, inspected, and confirmed as defective.

Unopened Products

If the OEM's factory seal is unbroken, you can return an unopened product for exchange or credit within the Standard Return Period. Returns requested after this period may be subject to a restocking fee.

Software

Please note that all software sales are final, and software products are non-returnable.

Miscellaneous Charges

Customers are responsible for all warehouse service-related charges, shipping charges (both outgoing and return shipping), and insurance on all return shipments unless the return is due to an error made by CCCUS.com or its suppliers.

Non-Compliance

Any deviation from the return policy outlined above may result in delays in processing your refund, additional restocking fees, or refusal of your return.
